Handmade and one-of-a-kind thangka pieces are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Quality or damage claims must include unboxing evidence — photos or video of the parcel and the piece when opened. Without that evidence, we cannot offer repair. Repair is assessed by the degree of damage: if the damage is too severe, we do not repair. For any approved repair, the customer pays shipping both ways. Please see our Refund Policy.

Standard shipping is free on orders of USD $100 or more. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout according to your destination. Customs duties and import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility. Please see our Shipping Policy.

We typically dispatch orders within 1–2 business days from mainland China. Standard delivery is usually 6–12 days, excluding customs delays, weekends, and public holidays. Tracking is sent to the email used at checkout after dispatch.
