Thangka, Shipping and Care

Royal Art currently focuses on handmade miniature thangka. The answers below match our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms of Service.

Where a thangka pendant or miniature is hand-painted, the product page states this. Brushwork, line, color, and small irregularities may vary from one handmade piece to another. Royal Art currently focuses on the thangka series: painted miniatures, gilt-copper works, and related sacred-art cards.

Natural pigments, metal grounds, textile, and handwork create differences in color, surface, and finish. These variations are part of the character of the individual object. They are not defects. Please review all product photographs and condition notes before ordering.

Keep the piece dry and away from perfume, cosmetics, and household chemicals. Store it separately in a pouch or box, out of prolonged direct sunlight. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth unless the product page gives different instructions. Remove delicate pendants before sleeping, swimming, bathing, or strenuous exercise.

Handmade and one-of-a-kind thangka pieces are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Quality or damage claims require unboxing evidence — photos or video of the parcel and the piece when opened. Without that evidence, we cannot offer repair. Do not send an item back before we approve the next step. Email huangjiaguoji2001@gmail.com with your order number and the unboxing files. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

If a workmanship or material issue appears within 30 days of delivery, email us for assessment with your order number and unboxing evidence (photos or video of the parcel and the piece when opened).

Without unboxing evidence, we cannot assess the claim and we do not offer repair. We then judge the degree of damage: repair is offered only when the piece can reasonably be restored. If the damage is too severe, we do not repair. For any approved repair, the customer pays shipping both ways. A like-for-like replacement is often not possible because many pieces are one of a kind.
